So first of all,My cats don't like this pet bed. They refuse to get in it. I thought it was the tufted pillow that they didn't like, so I took that out and replaced it with a regular pillow. Nope. Cats still wouldn't get in. Thought maybe the cover had some odor that the cat didn't like, so I removed it and washed it. Nope. Cats still wouldn't get in. Removing cover did, however, reveal that the underlying foam had already turned yellow. Not what I would expect from a brand new item. I continued to try various methods (toys, catnip, covering the bed with favorite blankets, etc...) to get the cats into this bed. It was futile. One cat did get into it a few times when the cushion was removed, but she didn't stay for long and certainly showed no intention of sleeping.Secondly,Now that I own the item, and have had the chance to inspect it, I don't like the pet bed ... not for the amount that I shelled out. I think it is well overpriced. It just some foam -- and yellowed foam at that -- with a nicely-sewn washable cover and a pillow that, in my opinion, would be much better if it weren't tufted. The material seems nice, but it certainly doesn't justify a triple digit price tag.I don't recommend taking a shot on this item unless it's offered at a minimum 50% discount (which does occur, just maybe not for your first choice of color or material). Then, if your pet loves it, maybe you could go ahead and overpay for another one in your first choice of color.Too bad. took a shot on this thing and none of the kitties want to use it.Think twice before paying anything close to full price for this item. Wait until its deeply discounted before taking a chance on this thing.The Snoozer Luxury Square Ped Bed is a high quality, well constructed bed for the pet who loves to snuggle. The removable pillow is extra dense - about 3 inches thick - and, more importantly, washable. This is not a cheap bed that gets hidden away when company comes. It is an attractive piece of pet furniture that will provide security and comfort for your 4 legged friends.Very well made bed, all 5 of my dogs love it!Second time that we've bought this and our lab loves it. It breaks down over time, but the main cushion can be laundered and flipped to reverse it.Super cute! Larger than expected!Hated the price, but these look beautiful and fit the space I need them forOur Westie loves his new bed! I would recommend the Snoozer line of beds to all pet owners........ I have several other dog beds, but I find that the Snoozer's hold up much better ........ Highly recommended.........I just got the bed (large) for my two long-haired miniature dachshunds. However, the female -- who is the boss -- decided it was hers and only hers. As it's on sale, I'm ordering another for my male. He deserves a comfy place to sleep in front of the fire as well. I would highly recommend it. It has great support and I didn't mind the red colour as it's not a bright red.My golden absolutely adores this bed! She can snuggle up in it and is sound asleep within minutes!
