Three we ordered went together well enough. Company offer $10 rebate, but quit responding to my emails after sending photo of it installed as well as copy of Amazon receipt. Frustrated more with the lack of responding than the product as it works as intended. Wish the poles had quick connect pins to keep together better.Got this for an existing kennel, and I'm satisfied with the results. Gave it 4 stars because there needs to be something to secure the pieces together. I used Gorilla tape to secure the poles between the junctions together, essentially making them their full length; the poles that create the pitch to their respective junctions; and left the junctions at the peak loose for adjustments, and it worked just fine. See the attached picture for better explanation. When attaching the brackets to your kennel, do not tighten them down fully until all adjustments have been made, and the frame is in its final place. Don't leave them too loose, either, or they'll pop out like a wardrobe malfunction. Loose enough that it requires a rubber mallet to move them is ideal. Also would have been nice if they sold the cover, too.Overall, it's sturdy, not too expensive, and should last for years. The product was delivered quickly, easy to assemble BUT it'd be even easier if the tubes marked "A" "B" "C" were also so marked on the exploded assembly picture. Also please send an extra nut so when one is manufactured inaccurately there is still a usable one. Thank God I had one I could use in a drawer.I bought the universal top as I couldn't find one to fit my dog run. This one needed alittle pulling it was a tad bit short but I put a screw in to hold one of the bars in place.Seems sturdy and was able to hold hardware cloth and a tarp. So far so good. My ducks seem to like itBought this kennel roof kit for my 7.5ft x 7.5ft kennel. The description says it's made for a 7.5ft x 7.5ft kennel. It also states that the dimensions are 7.5ft x 7.5ft. This is not so. It is 7ft x 7ft. A little small but I will still use it. Better than spending a fortune on PVC pipe and fittings.Sturdy enough for North Carolina winds. Took me and my husband to install but overall pretty easy assemble.Has held up to Maine snow so far. Have not had much snow this year though. I clear it off after each storm- has a tarp over it.We have a dog pen that we've turned into a pen for our 6 chickens. We needed a roof to protect the chickens from rain, snow and flying predators. Our dog pen was not the exact size for this roof frame, but we made it work! Thus far, we are very pleased. The quality of the materials is excellent. If the roof structure is anything to go by I will be pleased with the dog kennels proper that arrive later this week. I moved from deer country (where I had a 9 foot fence around my veggie garden) to raccoon city. I ordered two of these roofs and two of the accompanying dog cages to fashion a good-sized greenhouse protected by wire to keep the coons from midnight requisitions. There are no instructions to put the roof together but they're not needed. Six long pipes for the sides (three to a side), two short pipes to be joined for the top, a centre connector , two end connectors, and six bottom connectors (three to a side) that attach onto the greenhouse itself. Easy peasey. I like that the pieces mostly pop together, too.Great for price, only problem was that one piece did not have the hole cut out so that the pole could click into place.
